Lets mix things up a bit with cardio + Core! here we will be doing some unconventional core work with some athletic movements while still adding in all those ab exercises we love. grab a pair of light dumbbells if you have them or two water bottles. Let's party!
We are on our backs the whole time, working the lower, upper abs as well as the obliques!
3-4 ab exercises followed by a plank series. repeated 4 rounds with a burnout at the end, enjoy!
